Should your problem be serious enough to require the use of a lawyer, accountant or architect, we can provide such specialists. The first consultation shall be free for members and Costa Advice Bureau will oversee subsequent costs as invoiced by the professionals for their services.

These are the terms and conditions for the basis of a legal relationship between a Member and Costa Advice Bureau (hereinafter referred to as CAB.

* CAB shall be entitled to, at its sole discretion to refuse an application for Membership. There is no entitlement of appeal.

* CAB is committed to protecting the individual's privacy.

* Membership fees will fall annually on date at which the membership was first paid. Payment in accordance with the terms of a specific invoice sent at that time. If the fee remains unpaid for 30 days from the date notice given to a member CAB has the right to suspend or terminate the Membership.

* Each Member shall ensure that it does not disclose and Confidential Information which may come into its possession, custody or control by reason of its Membership. Confidential Information al data and papers, materials and information in whatever formal or medium it is held.

* Members may terminate their Membership by given notice in writing but will forfeit their membership payment for the rest of the year should the suspension be made in mid term.

* Cab shall endeavour to give its Members correct information as stated by the law of the country at the time of such information issued.

* No advertising can take place on any part of CAB website. Advertising may be linked to CAB website by application in writing to CAB and with a written consent form CAB.

* These terms and conditions can be amended from time to time by CAB given 14 days notice to its Members of the intended amendments.
